Internship Application
Title:Internship Application

The primary purpose of an internship is to present you an opportunity to work directly in a professional atmosphere so that you can connect the classroom and the work environment. An internship allows you to gain professional experience, explore careers, discover more about yourself, plan for the future and, receive academic credits.

SMA has over 30 programs in over 16 different sites in Flagler, Volusia, Putnam, and St. Johns counties. We are also affiliated with the Department of Juvenile Justice, which gives student interns the ability to work with the court systems.

Interns are processed through the Human Resources office. Because of the special clientele we serve, background screens are necessary and a photo ID is required. Our Human Resources team will work with you through the screening process prior to your placement.

*A copy of the course syllabus, unofficial college transcripts and resume must be attached to the application.
